BOOKING
CONDITIONS Booking enquiries may be made by email, phone, fax or post. With accommodation please note this is subject to availability so to avoid disappointment or delay please advise an alternative in case your first option is not available. Please also provide deposits and final payments by required time limits. DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS A minimum deposit of 20% per booking or an amount stipulated at the time of booking must be paid at the time of confirmation of booking. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to travel. Bookings made less than 30 days prior to travel, the final payments must be made within 3 days (76 hours) of confirmation. If bookings are made less than 7 days prior to travel, full payment is required on confirmation of your booking. REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND EARLY TERMINATION OF HOLIDAYS If you terminate or cancel your holiday earlier, for whatever reason, there will be a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are charged under the following conditions. For bookings cancelled prior to final payment, your deposit will be forfeited.For bookings cancelled after final payment, a $ 100.00 cancellation fee will be charged for administration fees, plus any cancellation fee imposed by supplier/s providing services. All bookings cancelled inside 7 days do incur supplier imposed cancellation fees, which can be as high as 100% of monies paid. For any cancellation, a cancellation fee will be deducted from the fare paid, before refund will be given if there is a refund to be made. For this reason we recommend you purchase travel insurance. TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance is necessary as it can protect you in the event of sickness, loss of luggage, and in some cases extra costs incurred if you cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. VALIDITY OF PRICES All costs are listed in Australian Dollars and are valid form April 1 to March 31 the following year. All prices are current at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include meals unless indicated, transfers to and from airports, or accommodation with travel/tour packages unless specified. BONDS OR GUARANTEES Certain operators may require bonds of Credit Card imprints and an authorisation form will be required to be signed. |
